Abstract:
A solid-state imaging element (1) having multiple photoelectric conversion parts (9) arranged above a substrate (5), wherein each of the photoelectric conversion parts (9) comprises a lower electrode (25) formed above the substrate (5), a photoelectric conversion film (27) formed on the upper surface of the lower electrode (25), and an upper electrode (29) formed on the upper surface of the photoelectric conversion film (27), wherein a conductive film (33) is formed in contact with the upper surface of the upper electrode (29), wherein the conductive film (33) has a shape having an opening on each of the photoelectric conversion parts (9) and is formed in a boundary between adjacent two of the photoelectric conversion parts (9).
