Abstract:
A solid-state secondary battery according to the present invention is provided with an outer package and an electric power generation element that is contained in the outer package. The outer package is configured from a laminate outer package material that comprises a metal layer; the electric power generation element comprises a positive electrode, a negative electrode and a solid electrolyte layer that is arranged between the positive electrode and the negative electrode; each of the electrodes, which are arranged on both ends of the electric power generation element, has a collector on the outermost surface side; an insulating layer is arranged between at least one outermost surface of the electric power generation element and the laminate outer package material; and the insulating layer is configured from a material that has a melting point of 180°C or higher or a material that does not have a melting point.
