Abstract:
Provided in the present invention is a solid-surface reflector for microwave reflection, the reflector comprising: a reflective surface provided on a panel in the front of the solid-surface reflector; a first grating exhibiting a supporting structure that projects from one side of the reflective surface and separates the reflective surface to form at least one grating unit; and at least one actuator fixed onto the first grating to control the geometry of the reflective surface. The invention can adjust and control the profile accuracy of the reflective surface by using the described technical solution. On the basis of the existing molding process and processing accuracy, and by combining the described technical solution, the invention can improve the profile accuracy of the reflective surface of the solid-face reflector. Meanwhile, the invention can save manufacturing costs, and reduce process complexity and technical implementation difficulty.
