Abstract:
Disclosed is a solid towline having good dragging performance for marine seismic exploration. The solid towline is mainly characterized in that: the solid towline comprises a main cable, hydrophones, buoyancy sleeves, and an outer sheath. The hydrophones are fixedly arranged on the main cable at equal intervals. The hydrophones are electrically connected to corresponding cores in the main cable. The buoyancy sleeves are made of a foamed polyethylene material, and foamed polyethylene is extruded on the main cable. The main cable comprises transmission cores, a tensile fiber layer, and a conductor layer. The tensile fiber layer is formed by weaving aramid yarn and/or polyester yarn outside the transmission cores. The conductor layer comprises a set of power lines and a set of signal lines. The power lines and the signal lines are sequentially arranged outside the tensile fiber layer at equal intervals along the circumferential direction of the main cable to form the corresponding conductor layer. The buoyancy sleeves are fixedly arranged on the main cable at equal intervals, and are located between two adjacent hydrophones. The outer sheath is made of a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer rubber material. The outer sheath is extruded outside the hydrophones, positioning ends, and the buoyancy sleeves, and is seamlessly bonded to the hydrophones.
