Abstract:
Provided are a solution containing components of a starting plant material and a beverage, said solution and beverage being absolutely alcohol free and having an excellent flavor, and a method relating thereto. The method according to the present invention comprises contacting a first solution containing components of a starting plant material with an inactivated yeast to thereby produce a second solution containing components of the starting plant material that is to be used in producing a beverage. This method may further comprise producing the beverage using the second solution containing components of the starting plant material.
