Abstract:
Provided is a solvent or solvent composition for organic transistor production that excels in solubility with respect to an organic semiconductor material and with which it is possible to form an organic transistor of high crystallinity. This solvent or solvent composition for organic transistor production is a solvent or solvent composition for organic semiconductor material dissolution, and comprises a solvent represented by formula (A). In formula (A), R1 through R4 are the same or different C1-2 alkyl groups. R1 and R4 can bond together and form a ring with -N(R2)-C(=O)-N(R3)- in the formula.
