Abstract:

The invention relates to solvent extraction equipment (30), allowing efficient usage through reuse of the solvent(s), with greater penetration and subsequent extraction of the compounds, increasing the amount of product obtained. The equipment of the invention comprises: an upper body (2) containing an extraction source or solid material to be extracted; a lid (1) connected to the upper body (2), said lid (1) comprising a connection (19) to a condenser, an extractant solvent loading connector (20), an extractant solvent loading valve (21), and a non-drip condensate diffusion system (23); a lower body (3) containing the solvent/extract and comprising a lower heating sleeve (61), which includes temperature control means, and an inner chamber (3A) located inside the lower heating sleeve (61) and comprising a connection valve connecting to an aeration and vacuum connection subsystem (10) and a solvent loading valve (11), the lower part of the inner chamber (3A) comprising a lower outlet pipe (9) passing through the lower part of the lower heating sleeve (61), said lower outlet pipe (9) including a solvent/extract shut-off valve (8); and a lower flange (121) connecting the lower part of the upper body (2) to the upper part of the lower body (3) containing the solvent/extract, said lower flange (121) further comprising a lower seal (181) and a filter element (17). The invention also relates to the associated system and method.
