Abstract:
The present invention relates to a solvent extraction method for separation and recovery of nickel, cobalt, manganese, and zinc and, more specifically, to a solvent extraction method for separation and recovery of nickel, cobalt, manganese, and zinc, wherein a starting material containing nickel (Ni), cobalt (Co), manganese (Mn), and zinc (Zn) is used, and all the four species of valuable metals can be individually separated and recovered by separation of a first aqueous solution containing nickel and cobalt and a second aqueous solution containing nickel, cobalt, manganese, and zinc through a first solvent extraction step, separation and recovery of nickel (Ni) and cobalt (Co) through a second solvent extraction step, recovery of zinc (Zn) through a third solvent extraction step, and then separation and recovery of manganese (Mn) and cobalt (Co) through a fourth solvent extraction step.
