Abstract:
Disclosed is a solvent-free synthesis method for a sucrose ester having high monoester content. The method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing sucrose, a higher fatty acid ester, and a higher fatty acid salt, and preheating at 70-90°C to obtain a mixture; and (2) mixing the mixture and a catalyst, and reacting at 120-140°C to obtain the sucrose ester. According to the synthesis method involved in the present application, a solvent-free ester transesterification method is used, the sucrose, the higher fatty acid ester, the higher fatty acid salt, and the catalyst turn into a co-molten state in a certain ratio at a high temperature, and the sucrose ester is catalytically synthesized under reaction conditions facilitating kinetics. According to the synthesis method, the use of a solvent is avoided, the problem of toxicity is solved, a product can meet medical and edible standards, sucrose monoester content in the product is high, and the color of the prepared product is good; the synthesis method has simple steps, facilitates industrial production, and has important application value.
