Abstract:

The invention is related to a pharmaceutical composition that has analgetic effects and contains the sophoridine which is an alkaloid and is derived from sophora alopecuroides L. or its derivatives or its analogs as the active ingredient(s), and to preparation thereof and to use thereof. The invention specifically relates to the use of the sophoridine or its derivates or its analogs for the production of an analgesic medicament and a medicament for treatment of a neurodegenerative disese. When the sophoridine or its derivates or its analogs are used as analgesics, in addition to antitumor activity and analgetic effects of biquinolizidines compounds, they will have an advantage of not refraining from them after long term application.
