Abstract:
Provided is a sorting apparatus for a logistic supply chain in a warehouse, comprising a sorting apparatus body and a voltage-stabilized power supply. The sorting apparatus is characterized by further comprising a plurality of sets of a height detection mechanism, a control circuit, a prompt circuit, and a flexible conveyor mechanism, each set being mounted at one of a plurality of detecting station discharge ports. The flexible conveyor mechanism comprises an electronic push rod, a motor deceleration mechanism, a housing, a support frame, guide rollers, and a conveyor belt, which are mounted together. The height detection mechanism comprises at least a photoelectric switch and a time control circuit. The photoelectric switch is mounted below the middle portion of the support frame. The prompt circuit comprises a photoelectric switch A and a trigger sub-circuit. The photoelectric switch A is mounted on one side of the support frame. The time control circuit, the control circuit, the trigger sub-circuit, and the voltage-stabilized power supply are mounted in an electronic control case and are electrically connected. The utility model ensures the conveying effect and reduces the parcel damage rate. When parcels in a sorting box reach a certain height, the apparatus prompts the operators to provide an empty sorting box.
