A sorting-conveying apparatus and a sorting-conveying system, relating to the field of automatic logistics and used for optimizing the structure of the sorting-conveying apparatus. The sorting-conveying apparatus comprises a conveying assembly (1), a cargo carrying assembly (2), and a driving assembly (3). The conveying assembly (1) is configured to move circularly. The cargo carrying assembly (2) comprises a cargo carrying belt (21). The cargo carrying belt (21) is arranged on the conveying assembly (1) and is configured to be driven by the conveying assembly (1) to move in the first direction. The driving assembly (3) comprises a driving source (31) and a driving part (32). The driving source (31) is in non-contact driving connection with the driving part (32). The driving part (32) is mounted on the cargo carrying assembly (2). The driving assembly (32) is configured to drive the cargo carrying belt (21) to move in the second direction. The first direction and the second direction intersect each other. The sorting-conveying device is more reliable in structure and lower in cost.
