The purpose of the present invention is to provide a sorting device etc. for sorting cooked-food products in consideration of their arrangement in a food tray. The present invention provides a sorting device that sorts products on the basis of the sizes of the products, the number of orders, and the sizes of food trays. The sorting device is provided with: a determining unit that determines, for each of the food trays, the number of products to be loaded and the positions where the products are to be loaded; a ranking unit that ranks the products for each of the food trays on the basis of the types of the products; and a modifying unit that modifies the positions where the products are to be loaded, which are determined by the determining unit, such that the products are arranged in rank along a predetermined direction of the food tray.
