Abstract:

Provided is a sorting device (1) for sorting a fragment in accordance with the content ratio of an added metal included in the fragment, wherein the sorting device (1) is provided with the configuration described below. Specifically, this sorting device (1) is provided with a 3D camera (52), an image processing unit (24), and a sorting unit (15). The 3D camera (52) acquires surface information, which is information relating to the surface shape of a fragment. The image processing unit (24) calculates a wrinkle ratio, which is the ratio of portions in which wrinkles occur in the surface of the fragment, on the basis of the surface information acquired by the 3D camera (52). The sorting unit (15) sorts the fragment on the basis of the wrinkle ratio detected by the image processing unit (24).
