Abstract:
Disclosed is a sorting device. The device comprises at least one sorting unit (100). The sorting unit comprises: a synchronous belt (110), wherein two ends of the synchronous belt (110) are fixed; a trolley track (120), wherein the trolley track (120) and the synchronous belt (110) are arranged in parallel; and a sorting and distribution trolley (130), wherein the sorting and distribution trolley (130) comprises a driving assembly (140) and wheels. The driving assembly comprises a driving motor (141) and a synchronous belt wheel (142). The driving motor (141) drives the synchronous belt wheel (142) to cooperate with the synchronous belt (110) and move along the synchronous belt (110). The wheels of the sorting and distribution trolley (130) run in the trolley track (120). The sorting device uses the sorting and distribution trolley (130) to achieve sorting of goods to be sorted one by one, and uses the trolley track (120) and the synchronous belt (110) having two fixed ends to efficiently drive and accurately guide the traveling direction of the sorting and distribution trolley (130), thereby achieving accurate and efficient sorting of the goods, reducing manual labor, and improving sorting accuracy and warehouse process efficiency.
