Abstract:

Disclosed is a sorting information collection system, etc., which can recognize information easily and on the spot about postal matter for which mis-sorting has been detected, whether mis-sorting of postal matter is detected at a collection facility or a distribution facility. The sorting information collection system is provided with a sorting device and a read device. The sorting device is provided with an ID assignment means, a determination means, a saving means, and a sorting control means. The sorting control means sorts postal matter according to the determined address information; when an identification ID is received from the read device, address information corresponding to said identification ID is temporarily extracted from the saving means and sent as a reply to the read device; and when the read device replies with a mis-sorting notification, a mis-sorting flag is applied to the extracted address information. The read device is provided with a read means, a display means, an input means, and a read control means. The read control means sends an identification ID which had been read to the aforementioned sorting device, and sends a mis-sorting notification to the aforementioned sorting device when mis-sorting is input via the aforementioned input means.
