Abstract:
A sorting and recycling system and a sorting and recycling process for coarse-grained coal slurry, belonging to the technical field of coal sorting and processing, and solving the problems in the prior art of a complex process flow, high costs, high energy consumption, and environmental hazards caused by a coarse-grained coal slurry sorting process. The sorting and recycling system is provided, along a sorting pipeline, with a stirring barrel (1), a hydraulic flotation machine (5), a three-product swirl classification screen (8), a pulp pre-treatment device (11) and a flotation column (12); a first buffer tank (6) is provided between the hydraulic flotation machine and the three-product swirl classification screen, a second buffer tank (9) is provided between the three-product swirl classification screen and the pulp pre-treatment device, and the pulp pre-treatment device is connected to the flotation column. The sorting and recycling process comprises the following steps: feeding feed-in coal slurry a into a stirring barrel, stirring same into pulp, then feeding same into a hydraulic flotation machine for primary classification, and performing classification of a coarse grain concentrate e, a micro-fine grain coal slurry f and a fine grain coal slurry, and precisely sorting the fine grain coal slurry. Continuous coal slurry sorting of coarse-grained coal slurry in a short process flow is achieved.
