Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of warehouse logistics, and provides a sorting scheduling method and device and a matrix sorting system. The matrix sorting system comprises multiple branch lines and multiple annular sorting machines; each branch line stretches across the multiple annular sorting machines; each annular sorting machine is stretched across by the multiple branch lines; each branch line is provided with multiple order picking stations at each annular sorting machine; each branch line is used for conveying inventory boxes to corresponding order picking stations; and commodities to be subpackaged, which are sorted by the order picking stations, flow on the corresponding annular sorting machines. The present invention adopts a matrix sorting mode; when the number of commodities in one inventory box is larger than or equal to a target number needed by a corresponding annular sorting machine, one inventory box enters an order picking station once, and the sorting of all orders needing target commodities on the corresponding annular sorting machine can be completed; compared with an existing order picking station layout mode, the number of orders completed by one order picking station is increased by dozens of times, such that the problem of blockage of a conveying line is solved, and the large-scale order picking operation is achieved.
