Abstract:
An SOS1 degrader, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. Specifically, the present invention relates to a compound of formula I: S-L-E (I), wherein S is a small molecule compound capable of inhibiting the activity of an SOS1 protein or binding to the SOS1 protein; L is a linking chain, which links S to E by means of a covalent bond; and E is the structure represented by E7a. The compound of formula I is capable of degrading and/or inhibiting SOS1 proteins in cells, and can be used for treating and/or preventing related diseases or disorders mediated by SOS1 or caused by the interaction of SOS1 with Ras or SOS1 with Rac.
