Abstract:

The present invention relates to an SOS1 proteolysis modulator, a preparation method therefor and the application thereof. In particular, the compound of the present invention has a structure represented by formula (I). Further disclosed is a method for preparing the compound and the use thereof as an SOS1 proteolysis modulator. The compound of the present invention has a very good selective regulation effect on SOS1 hydrolysis.
