Provided is a sound-absorbing adhesive sheet which is lightweight and has excellent sound-absorbing performance. The sound-absorbing adhesive sheet comprises a fibrous sheet base having an air impermeability of 0.07-2.00 kPa∙s/m and an air-impermeable adhesive layer scatteringly distributed in a dot arrangement on one or both surfaces of the base, the fibrous sheet base comprising at least 90 mass% porous pulp fibers which have a degree of beating in the range of 350-650 mL (CSF), in terms of the Canadian standard freeness as provided for in JIS P 8121-1995, 4., and have a plurality of micropores that are open in the surface. The total areal proportion of the air-impermeable adhesive layer is set to 5-95% of the surface area of the fibrous sheet base to thereby set the air impermeability of the adhesive sheet to 0.30-2.50 kPa∙s/m. A high degree of sound-absorbing performance is hence ensured.
