Abstract:

A sound absorbing material (10) having cover sheets (30) placed on both surfaces of a base sheet (20) and fixed by heat press forming (suitable fastening means)(51), wherein the base sheet (20) is nonwoven fabric formed of fine fibers manufactured by a melt-blown process, the cover sheets (30) are nonwoven fabric formed of long fibers, and these fabrics (20) and (30) are overlapped with each other in non-stuck state.
