Abstract:
A passage member (10) has a passage through which air flows. A fine perforation board (20) is a plate-like member where a plurality of fine through-holes (21) are formed, and is provided such that one surface is adjacent to an air flowing field (11) of the passage and the other surface faces the inner wall surface (13) of the passage member with an air layer (12) therebetween, and generates a viscous damping effect by means of air passing through the through-holes (21). Of the through-holes (21), at least through-holes (21) that are adjacent to each other are not linearly arranged in a direction orthogonal to the center line (CL) of the passage, but are arranged at positions unaligned with the direction orthogonal to the center line of the passage.
