Embodiments of the present application disclose a sound chamber structure and an acoustic electronic apparatus having the same. The sound chamber structure has an internal chamber and an installation board partitioning the internal chamber into an upper sound chamber and a lower sound chamber. The upper sound chamber has a partitioning rib extending vertically to partition the upper sound chamber into a first partition chamber and a second partition chamber. The installation board is provided with an installation through hole used to sealingly install a speaker, such that the front and rear ends of the speaker are located in the lower sound chamber and the first partition chamber, respectively. The second partition chamber is communicated with the lower sound chamber via a communication sound channel, and the first partition chamber or the lower chamber that accommodates the front end of the speaker is communicated with a sound hole. In the sound chamber structure and the acoustic electronic apparatus of the present application, emission from the lower chamber is directed to an upper end, and the lower chamber is arranged in parallel with the first partition chamber of the upper sound chamber, thereby reducing the occupied space in a thickness direction without changing the volume of a sound chamber, and facilitating a thin and lightweight product design.
