Abstract:
Disclosed is a sound emission device, comprising: a vibration diaphragm; a voice coil; and a spider. The voice coil is formed by winding two voice coil wires and has four wire ends extending therefrom. The vibration diaphragm is connected to one side of the voice coil. The spider has electrically-conductive lines for establishing a connection between the voice coil and an external circuit. The spider comprises two fixed portions and two suspended portions. The suspended portions are connected to one side of voice coil opposite to the vibration diaphragm. The two suspended portions are symmetrically arranged with respect to the center of the voice coil. Two electrical contacts are formed at each suspended portion. The four wire ends are respectively connected to the four electrical contacts in a one-to-one relationship. The two ends of each of the two suspended portions are connected to the fixed portions. The fixed portion comprises an electrically-conductive connection material and two end-fixing regions. The electrically-conductive connection material is connected between the two end-fixing regions. The two suspended portions are electrically connected by means of the fixed portions.
