Disclosed by the present invention is a sound generating device. A magnetic circuit system comprises a magnetic-conductive yoke and a central magnetic circuit part and a side magnetic circuit part that are provided on a bottom wall of the magnetic-conductive yoke. A magnetic gap is formed between the central magnetic circuit part and the side magnetic circuit part, wherein the central magnetic circuit part comprises a central magnet and a central magnetic component that are provided in parallel from bottom to top; the side magnetic circuit part comprises a side magnet and a side magnetic component that are provided in parallel from bottom to top; the polarities of magnetic poles of the central magnet and side magnet at an end close the bottom wall of the magnetic-conductive yoke are different, and the polarities of magnetic poles at an end away from the magnetic-conductive yoke are also different; at least one among the central magnetic component and the side magnetic component is a permanent magnet, and the polarities of a magnetic pole at an end of the permanent magnet that is close to the magnetic gap and a magnetic pole of the central magnet or side magnet provided in parallel at an end away from the bottom wall of the magnetic-conductive yoke are the same. The sound generating device in the present invention has better acoustic performance.
