Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2005/022884
Kind Code:
A2
Abstract:
The invention relates to systems for remotely controlling sound and image parameters of radio and television receivers, music centres, information display systems, in particular for controlling parameters of reproducible stereo programs and stereo recordings and for mono systems. The inventive sound and image remote control system consists of three channels two of which comprise a co-ordinate sensitive signal receiver (1), an amplifier (2), a detector (3), a control unit (4), one channel comprising a control signal receiver (5), an amplifier (2), a detector (3), and an executive unit (6). The channels of the co-ordinate sensitive signal receiver (1) are connected to a central control unit (7) which is provided with connection lines with the elements of an information display device which control stereo sound and stereo image (not shown) and the executive unit (6). Said system also comprises a portable remote control device (8) provided with control source for control (9) and taken (10) signals. The co-ordinate sensitive signal receivers (1) are used for determining the co-ordinates of the sources (9, 10). During reception of the control signal, the inventive system determines co-ordinates of a user and forms an audio and stereo effect area in the centre of which the sources (9) or (10) are located.
