Abstract:

Provided are a sound-insulating, shock-absorbing and heat-resistant ABS resin composition for an automobile interior and a preparation method therefor. The resin composition contains the following components and contents: 100 parts by weight of an ABS resin, 5-30 parts by weight of a heat-resistant agent, 5-20 parts by weight of a sound-insulating and shock-absorbing polymer, 1-5 parts by weight of a hollow glass microbead, 0.3-1.0 part by weight of a light stabilizer and 0.5-2.0 parts by weight of an adjuvant. The above-mentioned raw materials are stirred and fully mixed in a high-speed mixer, and then fed into a twin-screw extruder through a metering device; under the conveying, shearing and mixing of screw rods, the materials are melted, compounded and then subjected to the steps of extruding, drawing strips, cooling and pelletizing to obtain the sound-insulating, shock-absorbing and heat-resistant ABS resin composition for an automobile interior. The method is simple and easy to implement. The prepared resin composition not only has excellent sound-insulation and shock-absorbing effects, but also has good mechanical performance, and is very suitable for use in the field of automobile interiors.
