A sound leakage test device and test method. The sound leakage test device comprises a product support (21), a rotation driving mechanism (22) for driving the product support (21) to rotate, a sound pickup apparatus, and a test system. The sound pickup apparatus comprises a pickup support, and a plurality of sound pickup devices (32) arranged in an arc shape and mounted on the pickup support; the circle center of the arc is provided on the side close to the product support (21), the perpendicular line of the plane where the arc is located is perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the product support (21), and the sound pickup devices (32) are arranged along the radial direction of the arc. The sound leakage test method comprises the following steps: step 1, calibrating a relative position between the product support (21) and the pickup apparatus; step 2, calibrating the sound pressure of the plurality of sound pickup devices (32); and step 3, testing a sound leakage position. A spherical sound field distribution map can be formed by means of the test system and a sound leakage area can be distinctively marked, so that the problems of inconvenient search for the sound leakage position and low test efficiency are solved.
