Disclosed is a sound, light and electric eye device for police use. The device comprises a built-in system, a dual-magnetic-steel magnetic circuit (12) and a cast aluminium wing-shaped basin frame (19). The built-in system composed of a photoelectric plate (4), an aluminium washer (6) and a copper bar (9) is installed below a transparent dustproof cover of a moving-coil speaker and at an axial centre of the magnetic circuit. The photoelectric plate (4) is mounted with a camera (1), a light shading ring (2) and an LED module (3). The photoelectric plate (4) is located on the top face of the aluminium washer (6). The dual-magnetic-steel magnetic circuit (12) is composed of a primary magnetic steel (16), a secondary magnetic steel (13), a magnetic column (15) and a magnetically conductive bowl (14), and a through-hole is provided in the centre of the magnetic circuit. The combination of the cast aluminium wing-shaped basin frame (19), and the copper bar (9) and the aluminium washer (6) of the built-in system is a highly efficient conducting radiator of the photoelectric plate (4). The space left between the built-in system and the magnetic circuit, and a wire penetrating hole (21) of the wing-shaped basin frame (19) are channels for multiple wire bundles of the photoelectric plate (4). The speaker becomes an all-weather monitoring device for police use.
