Abstract:
In a sound processing device (501), a controller unit (502) is provided with a support member that is supported by a user, a plurality of operation members (202) that are arranged on the support member to receive a pressing operation by the user, and a detection unit (203) that detects a tilt of the support member. A pitch name selection unit (503) selects a pitch name associated with a combination of the pressing operations received by the plurality of operation members (202), out of a plurality of sounds included in a musical scale. An octave selection unit (504) selects an octave associated with the detected tilt out of a plurality of octaves. An output unit (505) outputs the selected pitch name in the selected octave.
