Abstract:

The present invention provides a sound producing device, comprising a basket, and a vibration system and a magnetic gap-comprising magnetic circuit system that are respectively fixed to the basket. The vibration system comprises a diaphragm fixed to the basket and a voice coil inserted into the magnetic gap to drive the diaphragm to vibrate and produce sound; the diaphragm comprises an upper voice diaphragm and a dome; the upper voice diaphragm comprises a folding ring, and a fixing portion and a vibrating portion that extend from both sides of the folding ring; the fixing portion is connected to the basket, the dome is connected to the vibrating portion, and the voice coil is connected to the dome; the upper voice diaphragm also comprises an inner edge that connects the folding ring and the vibrating portion and an outer edge that connects the folding ring and the fixing portion; the inner edge comprises at least one arc-shaped convex edge protruding toward the dome; the dome comprises at least one arc-shaped concave portion corresponding to the arc-shaped convex edge. According to the sound producing device, the arc length of the diaphragm can be effectively increased, thus increasing the vibration amplitude of the diaphragm.
