The present utility model provides a sound producing device, comprising a basket, a vibration system, and a magnetic circuit system. The vibration system comprises a diaphragm and a voice coil driving the diaphragm to vibrate and produce sound; the diaphragm is annular and surrounds the magnetic circuit system; the outer peripheral side of the diaphragm is fixed to the basket; the magnetic circuit system comprises a magnetic yoke fixed to the basket, a main magnetic steel and an auxiliary magnetic steel surrounding the main magnetic steel respectively fixed to the magnetic yoke, and a magnetic conductive plate attached and fixed to one side of the auxiliary magnetic steel distant from the magnetic yoke; a magnetic gap is formed between the auxiliary magnetic steel and the main magnetic steel; the voice coil is inserted into the magnetic gap; the magnetic conductive plate presses the inner peripheral side of the diaphragm on the auxiliary magnetic steel; the magnetic conductive plate abuts against the main magnetic steel. Compared with the related art, the sound producing device of the present utility model has fewer components for fixing the diaphragm, and the structure is simple and easy to assemble.
