Abstract:
The present application discloses a sound producing unit and a sound producing module. The sound producing unit comprises a magnetic circuit system and a vibration system. The magnetic circuit system comprises: a magnetic yoke; and a central magnetic circuit portion and a side magnetic circuit portion which are disposed on the magnetic yoke. At least one of the central magnetic circuit portion and the side magnetic circuit portion comprises a permanent magnet. A magnetic gap is formed between the central magnetic circuit portion and the side magnetic circuit portion. The vibration system comprises a diaphragm, a voice coil, and a spider. One end of the voice coil is connected to the diaphragm, and the other end extends into the magnetic gap. An edge portion of the diaphragm is secured above the side magnetic circuit portion, and a projection of the diaphragm in a vibration direction thereof is within the outer contour of the magnetic circuit system. The spider comprises: a fixed portion affixed to the side magnetic circuit portion; a vibration portion connected to the voice coil; and a cantilever connecting the fixed portion and the vibration portion. Since it is not necessary to additionally provide a casing for the sound producing unit, the sound producing unit can become more miniaturized and lightweight. The spider is provided to effectively support the vibration system, thereby reducing unwanted vibrations in the sound producing unit.
