Abstract:
A sound reproducing apparatus uses, as a carrier frequency, a frequency in a part of a frequency band in which mode-coupled vibrations can be excited. A frequency of mode coupling, which exhibits a low change rate of vibration displacement relative to frequency, is used as a carrier signal, thereby allowing signals of an audible band outputted from a source of audible band signals to be demodulated and reproduced at a sound pressure that is stable in a wide frequency band.
