Abstract:
A sound source control apparatus (20) for improving sleep satisfaction for test subjects comprises an acquisition unit (202) that acquires a biorhythm of test subjects, an estimation unit (204) that estimates a sleep-deepness level for test subjects from the acquired biorhythm of the test subjects, a control unit (230) that controls a sound source (240) to play a sound that is determined by a control parameter in accordance with the acquired biorhythm of the test subjects, and an assessment unit (220) that assess the sleep state of the test subjects on the basis of the estimated sleep-deepness level of the test subjects and that instructs the control unit (230) to change at least a portion of the content of the control parameter in accordance with the assessment.
