Embodiments of the present invention provide a sound system of an LED display screen, comprising: a first electrode plate and a second electrode plate which are disposed between frames of adjacent boxes of an LED tiled screen, and a vibrating diaphragm disposed between the first electrode plate and the second electrode plate, wherein the vibrating diaphragm, the first electrode plate and the second electrode plate are parallel and spaced apart, and the two electrode plates and the vibrating diaphragm form a double-capacitor structure. An audio signal input system driving circuit and a high voltage loading device work together to drive the vibrating diaphragm to produce sound, audio and position information (a 2D or 3D audio) thereof are transmitted to a viewing position in front of the LED display screen, and frame diaphragm audio systems in a large number of LED boxes enable sound to be accurately positioned on a picture and form a three-dimensional audio together with a conventional audio system outside the LED screen, thereby solving the problem that sound effects are affected due to the fact that LED display screens cannot be perforated for sound transmission.
