Abstract:
According to the present invention, a vibration plate 11 and a vibration support sheet 12 that supports the vibration plate 11 are provided in an opening part 6 of a frame fixed inside a case. The vibration support sheet 12 has a vibration plate support part 13 and a periphery fixing part 14, and the periphery fixing part 14 and an internal end surface 6a of the opening part 6 are fixed with an adhesive layer 18. A periphery recessed part 16 is formed in an external peripheral portion of the vibration plate support part 13 in the vibration support sheet 12, and an adhesive pool 18a is formed between an opening edge part 6b of the opening part 6 and the periphery recessed part 16.
