Abstract:
A soundproof member (1) is mounted on a structure body (9) comprising a rotating body, covers at least a part of the outer peripheral surface of the structure body (9), and has an eccentrically located part comprising an integrated part of an elastic member, the thickness and/or the density of the eccentrically located part being greater than that of other portions. As the eccentrically located part, a part (31) that is thicker than other portions is suggested. When the elastic member is configured to have a base material (20) comprising a polymer and a magnetic filler (21) contained in a state oriented in the base material (20), it is possible to use a highly filled part (34) having a higher content of the magnetic filler (21) than other portions as the eccentrically located part.
