Abstract:
The present invention provides a soundproofing and insulation panel unit (P), which is installed on the wall or the floor, wherein the unit comprises: an external panel (110) that is configured by including an insulator which is generally molded into a plate shape having a plurality of hollow holes (B), and meshes (WM) which enclose the outside of said insulator (112); a plurality of internal panels (12) that have insulators (122) which are molded into a small size in the same shape as said hollow holes (B), and meshes (WM) which enclose the outside of said insulators (122), wherein the internal panels are inserted into said hollow holes (B); and coating mortar (M) which is positioned on the outside of a combination of said external panel (110) and the internal panels (120), wherein the coating mortar is positioned by filling gaps between said internal panels (120) and said hollow holes (B). Further, the invention provides the soundproofing and insulation panel unit (P), wherein: said external panel (110) is a square having a predetermined thickness, and each edge thereof is stepped to correspond to each other such that each edge is engaged with an adjacent external panel (110); the shape of said hollow holes (B) is a square; and said meshes (WM) are glass fiber nets.
