Abstract:
[TECHNICAL FIELD] A method and apparatus for applying a skin care treatment to the hand skin. [PROBLEMS] To attain rapid permeation of gamma-polyglutamic acid (&gammad -PGA) being a medicine for skin care excelling in moisture retention into the depth of the skin. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] While immersing hand (9) in &gammad -PGA aqueous solution (6) placed in bath tub main body (2a), compressed air is fed to bubble generator (8) so as to emit microbubbles (10). These microbubbles when bursting produce ultrasonic waves to thereby accelerate the permeation of &gammad -PGA. [MAIN USE] As an art of cosmetic treatment, the hand skin is beautified.
