Provided are a space control system, a feeling control system, a space control method, and a program with which, in each of a plurality of work scenes included in work, it is possible to direct a user's feeling to a feeling that constitutes an appropriate goal corresponding to the work scene. An apparatus control unit (142) of the space control system (1) controls at least one apparatus among one or more apparatuses (30) provided in a space such that the feeling of a user (u1) expressed by feeling information is directed to an objective feeling that constitutes a goal determined in accordance with each of a plurality of work scenes included in the work performed by the user (u1) in a space (e.g., a first space E1) where the user (u1) is present. The apparatus control unit (142) has a plurality of control modes, and selects a control mode among the plurality of control modes that is appropriate for the objective feeling in each of the plurality of work scenes such that the feeling of the user (u1) comes to equal the objective feeling that corresponds to the work.
