Abstract:
The present invention shall disclose an advanced spark plug for very small to very large engines comprises of any conventional spark plug characterised in providing plurality of holes on non-threaded region of the conventional spark plug to maintain uniform operating temperature throughout engine thereby avoiding dissipation of heat to surroundings, avoiding pre-ignition and reduces MVH.

Claims:
WE CLAIM,

1. An advanced spark plug for very small to very large engines comprises of any conventional spark plug characterised in providing plurality of holes on non-threaded region of the said conventional spark plug to maintain uniform operating temperature throughout engine thereby avoiding dissipation of heat to surroundings, avoiding preignition and reduces MVH.

2. The advanced spark plug as claimed in claim 1 wherein the said holes are of dimensions, and number depends on the walls of non threaded region of the conventional spark plug.

3. The advanced spark plug as claimed in claim 1 wherein· the said holes shall be provided either side ways or slantingly.

4. The advanced spark plug as claimed in claim 1 shall be suitable with or without grooves in cylinder head.

5. The advanced spark plug as claimed in claim 1 can be used for fuels selected from the group comprising of petrol, LPG, CNG, synthetic gases, fluid gas and combinations thereof.

6. The advanced spark plug as claimed in claim 1 wherein the said conventional spark plug ranges from short or medium or long range spark plug with standard or retracted or extended threaded region.

7. The advanced spark plug as claimed in claim lexerts increase in fuel mileage of atleast 20% compared to existing spark plug.

8. The advanced spark plug as claimed in claim lexerts increase in tyre mileage of atleast 20% compared to existing spark plug.

9. The advanced spark plug as claimed in claim lexerts reduced in emission of atleast 20% compared to spark existing plug

TITLE:

A SPARK PLUG WITH ENHANCED EFFICIENCY

FIELD OF THE INVENTION:

The present invention relates to the field of spark plugs. More particularly the present invention relates to an advanced spark plug which makes the engine efficient in terms of increased fuel and tyre mileage and reduced emission.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION:

A spark plug is a device for delivering electric current from an ignition system to the combustion chamber of a spark-ignition engine to ignite the compressed fuel/air mixture by an electric spark, while containing combustion pressure within the engine.

The spark plug is a seemingly simple device, although it is tasked with a couple of different but critical jobs. First and foremost, it creates (literally) an artificial bolt of lightning within the combustion chamber (cylinder head) of the engine. The electrical energy (voltage) it transmits is extremely high in order to create a spark and to“light the fire” within the controlled chaos of the combustion chamber. Here, the voltage at the spark plug can be anywhere from 20,000 to more than 100,000 volts.

There are many different types of spark plugs available in the market.However all available spark plugs lacks efficiency interms of fuel and tyre mileage and emission. Thus there exists a need in the state of art to develop an advanced spark plugs which makes the engine efficient in terms of increased fuel and tyre mileage and reduced emission.

OBJECT OF THE INVENTION:

The main object of the present invention is to develop an advanced spark plugs which makes the engine efficient in terms of increased fuel and tyre mileage and reduced emission.

Another object of the present invention is to fabricate the advanced spark plugs by plurality of holes on non-threaded region of the conventional spark plug.

Yet another object of the present invention is to use conventional spark plugs ranging from short, medium and long range spark plug with standard, retracted and extended threaded region. Further object of the present invention is to employ the fabricated advanced spark plugs in very small to very large engines.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS:

Figure 1 depicts the advanced spark plug of the present invention with plurality of holes on non-threaded region.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION:

The present invention shall disclose an advanced spark plug for very small to very large engines comprises of any conventional spark plug characterised in providing plurality of holes on non-threaded region of the conventional spark plug to maintain uniform operating temperature throughout engine thereby avoiding dissipation of heat to surroundings, avoiding pre-ignition and reduces MVH.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION:

The present invention shall disclose an advanced spark plug for very small to very large engines.

The advanced spark plug of the present invention is fabricated by providing plurality of holes on non-threaded region of the conventional spark plug. The conventional spark plug shall be ranges from short, medium and long range spark plug with standard, retracted and extended threaded region.

The fabricated advanced spark plug was next subjected to vehicle engine to study the efficiency parameters in terms of fuel and tyre mileage and pollutant emission. The same study was also performed with existing spark plug to compare the efficiency of the advanced spark plug of the present invention. From Table 1 it is inferred that advanced spark plug of the present invention exerts 20% enhanced efficiency in terms of fuel and tyre mileage and 20% reduction in emission of pollutants.

The increase in fuel mileage is due to presence of holes in the non threaded region because of which proper mixture strength of air and fuel will occur and thus increases the mileage.

The increase in tyre mileage is due to presence of holes in the non threaded region. The holes reduces the mass moment of inertia thereby reduces noise, vibration and harshness in the engine which intern prevent the shock wave vibration transmission to the under chassis component and to the tyre. So less wear and tear occur in the under chassis components and hence tyre mileage increases.

The reduction in emission of pollutants is due to presence of holes in the non threaded region. The holes maintain uniform temperature throughout the engine and hence reduce pollution emission.

In one of the preferred embodiment the present invention shall disclose an advanced spark plug for very small to very large engines comprises of any conventional spark plug characterised in providing plurality of holes on non-threaded region of the conventional spark plug to maintain uniform operating temperature throughout engine thereby avoiding dissipation of heat to surroundings, avoiding pre-ignition and reduces MVH. As per the invention in the advanced spark plug, the holes shall be of dimensions, and number depending on the walls of the non threaded region of the conventional spark plug.

In accordance with the invention, in the advanced spark plug, the holes shall be provided either side ways or slantingly.

According to the invention, the advanced spark plug shall be suitable with or without grooves in cylinder head.

As per the invention the advanced spark plug can be used for fuels selected from the group comprising of petrol, LPG, CNG, synthetic gases, fluid gases and combinations thereof.

In accordance with the invention in the advanced spark plug, the conventional spark plug ranges from short or medium or long range spark plug with standard or retracted or extended threaded region.

According to the invention the advanced spark plug lexerts increase in fuel mileage of atleast 20% compared to existing spark plug.

As per the invention the advanced spark plug exerts increase in tyre mileage of atleast 20% compared to existing spark plug.

In accordance with the invention the advanced spark plug exerts reduced in emission of atleast 20% compared to spark existing plug.

Certain modifications and improvements will occur to those skilled in the art upon a reading of the foregoing description. The above-mentioned details are provided to serve the purpose of clarifying aspects of the invention and it will be apparent to one skilled in the art that they do not serve to limit the scope of the invention. All modifications and improvements have been deleted herein for the sake of conciseness and readability but are properly within the scope of the present invention. It is understood that the foregoing detailed description is given merely by way of illustration and that modification and variations may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
