Abstract:
First, second, third and fourth electrode brushes (10A, 10B, 10C, 10D) of a spark tester head (H) are arranged such that the tips (11a) of respective planar brush teeth (11) are positioned close to a straight trajectory line (L) of a rectangular wire (W) to be inspected, and the apical surfaces of the respective planar brush teeth (11) are arranged parallel to the straight trajectory line (L). In addition, when looked at from the direction along the straight trajectory line (L), the electrode brushes are radially arranged with respect to the straight trajectory line (L) serving as a center point, and are arranged at the same positions in the direction of the straight trajectory line (L).
