Abstract:
A sparking plug (20) comprises an insulator (24), a central electrode (21), a housing (26), a flow guiding plug-in (28), and a grounding electrode (22). The insulator (24) is provided with a shaft hole extending in the axis direction. The central electrode (21) is inserted in the shaft hole penetrating through the insulator (24), and is exposed out of an end portion (211). The housing (26) is hollow column shaped and is sleeved on the surface of the insulator (24). The flow guiding plug-in (28) is columnar; a flaming hole (282) penetrating through the front end surface and the rear end surface of the flow guiding plug-in (28) is formed in the center of the flow guiding plug-in (28); the flow guiding plug-in (28) is fixedly disposed in the housing (26); the front end of the flow guiding plug-in (28) right faces the central electrode (21), and the rear end is located at the opening end of the housing (26); the outer wall of the flow guiding plug-in (28) is attached to the inner wall of the housing (26). The grounding electrode (22) is disposed on the inner wall of the housing (26) or is disposed on the periphery of the flaming hole (282) in the front end of the flow guiding plug-in (28), and an ignition end portion with a spark discharging gap is formed between the grounding electrode (22) and the end portion of the central electrode (21). The sparking plug avoids the generation of precipitates and the caused corrosion condition, thereby extending the service life of the sparking plug. The structure of the flow guiding plug-in can improve the ignition efficiency and the backflow efficiency of the sparking plug, thereby improving the combustion efficiency of an internal combustion engine.
