Abstract:
The present invention relates to a sparkling coffee manufacturing device. The specific configuration thereof is as follows: a housing (10) is provided; a manipulation panel (12) is mounted on one side of the housing (10); a pack seating portion (17) is formed at a location on the housing (10) such that a liquid coffee pack (20) is fitted thereto; a coffee discharge opening (13) is formed below the pack seating portion (17); a cold carbonated water supply line (53) is connected to the coffee discharge opening (13); a second solenoid valve (54) is mounted on one side of the cold carbonated water supply line (53); the other side of the cold carbonated water supply line (53) is connected to the bottom surface of a mixer (40); the mixer (40) has a cold water supply opening (41) formed on the upper portion thereof and connected to a heat exchanger (50); a carbon dioxide supply opening (45) is positioned on a side of the upper portion of the mixer (40) such that a carbon dioxide supply line (61) is connected thereto; and a carbon dioxide passage (46) is formed immediately below the carbon dioxide supply opening (45) and is connected to the upper portion of a hollow portion (47) formed inside the mixer (40) so as to communicate with the hollow portion (47). In addition, a cold water passage (42) is formed immediately below the cold water supply opening (41) of the mixer (40); a shaft penetrating channel (43) is formed immediately below the cold water passage (42) and has a diameter (D') smaller than the diameter (D) of the cold water passage (42); and a flared tube expansion portion (44) is formed immediately below the shaft penetrating channel (43) and has a bent portion (44a) so as to communicate with the hollow portion (47).
