Abstract:
A a sparse positive source separation model-based image deblurring algorithm, which is used for processing blurred images that are acquired by an optical microscopic imaging system and generated due to diffraction effect and optical deviation, and which may improve the spatial resolution of an optical microscopic system to a nanometer level by means of single photosensitive imaging without adding external imaging equipment. According to the method, the blurring process of microscopic imaging is expressed as a linear combination of point spread functions of an imaging system. Said process is embedded into an optimal framework for positive source separation, and sparsity constraints are added thereto and solved to remove blur, thus achieving high-resolution microscopic imaging. The method also comprises a preprocessing step for a practical optical microscope, and an inputted blurred image is more compliant with a proposed imaging model by means of removing background scattering and other interference from the microscopic image. A related experiment shows that the described method achieves better detailed analysis performance than other methods by using a single blurred microscopic image as the input.
