Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a speaker grill structure as an automobile interior component that is conducive to reducing the number of components, assembly man-hours, and manufacturing cost for automobile interior components overall. [Solution] A door trim DT (automobile interior component) is provided with: a trim body 3 formed by adheringly disposing a skin material 2 on the surface of a resin core material 1; and a speaker grill part 5 having a plurality of holes 4 bored in the trim body 3. The portion of the skin material 2 corresponding to the speaker grill part 5 is a breathable skin 21 formed from a mesh material or a nonwoven fabric and has an appearance different from the remaining portion of the skin material 2, which is a regular skin 22 formed from a resin material. As above, the skin material 2 is constituted by the breathable skin 21 and the regular skin 22, wherein the breathable skin 21 and the regular skin 22 are integrated to form a one-piece structure prior to being adheringly disposed on the resin core material 1.
