Abstract:

The speaker is configured so that the diaphragm has a protrusion that protrudes on the yoke side to the inside and near an inner fastening part, which is the part that fastens to the voice coil. Manufacture by precisely positioning the voice coil with respect to the diaphragm is possible and the voice coil will be caused to vibrate accurately up and down within the magnetic gap. The possibility of the voice coil contacting the plate or yoke, that are the magnetic circuit components of the speaker, is reduced and it is possible to improve production efficiency and yield when speakers are manufactured.
