Abstract:

A speaker-use diaphragm or a dust cap produced by injection-molding a mixture containing at least a resin material and a fiber material. The both features of the advantage of a paper diaphragm having a large degree of freedom in setting physical property values and the advantage of a resin diaphragm that can ensure moisture-resisting reliability and strength, is excellent in appearance, and can improve productivity and size stability are utilized to realize the diaphragm or the dust cap.
